The Brainless Two[]

These two Techmarines had metal implants in their brains and when the marines were Afflicted, their implants simply fell through their now-ethereal bodies. This caused the Techmarines personalities to degrade to the level of servetors. while their skills are still as sharp as before, they no longer have a personality and they cannot innovate.

The Wraith Curse[]

The curse causes afflicted Astartes to become ghost-like 'wraiths', becoming nearly incorporeal and bound to their power armour, though they are able to remove their helmets and consume food and drink, though they have no need. Notably, this does not affect those whose bodies have been touched by Chaos.
